Your safe space for mental wellness, growth, and healing. We provide a calm, confidential, and compassionate environment to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges.
Everyone has the capacity to grow, heal, and thrive when given a safe, compassionate space.
Born out of a deep awareness of the resilience and complexities within our communities, Kiini Wellness Center was founded with one purpose: to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where every person can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences freely.
Whether you are facing anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply seeking clarity and growth — we are here to support you. We believe that each person's story is unique, and so is their path to healing.
A licensed professional who brings both expertise and lived experience to every session.
My name is Faith Waithira Ndungu, a licensed therapist based in Nairobi. I am passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate life's transitions, challenges, and personal growth.
Born and raised in Huruma, Nairobi, my journey has been shaped by a deep awareness of both the resilience and the complexities that exist within our communities. Growing up in a vibrant yet often underserved environment, I witnessed firsthand the silent struggles many people carry — emotional pain, unspoken trauma, and the need for safe spaces to be heard and understood. These early experiences planted the seed for what would become my life's calling.
Over the past six years, I have dedicated myself to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. My work is grounded in empathy — the belief that healing begins when one feels truly seen, heard, and understood.
My personal journey has also played a significant role in shaping who I am as a therapist. Having navigated my own life challenges, I understand how complex and unpredictable life can be. This lived experience allows me to connect with my clients in a deeply authentic way, offering not just professional guidance, but genuine human understanding.
"For me, therapy is not just a profession — it is a calling rooted in empathy, connection, and the belief that everyone deserves a space to heal and thrive."
All therapy is conducted by licensed professionals registered with the Counsellors and Psychologists Board of Kenya.
